Return & Refund Policy

All products sold are final unless the packaging you received was incorrect or there was a broken on product.

Please contact us as soon as you receive a product that you believe is broken. Returns must be made within three (3) business days from the date the goods are delivered to you and you must attach proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

We reserve the right to deny refunds or replacements if the items are not in as-new condition due to customer damage or misuse.

We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Once we have verified and confirmed the return, the customer will receive a refund within seven (7) business days of confirmation.
